Our specialism in the refurbishment sector comes from our adaptive strength in direct management links from the Head office to our experienced building site supervisors who have a wide breadth of specialist refurbishment knowledge of various building projects. Most of our refurbishment projects carried out are within occupied buildings and our site team are always aware of the needs of the clients in this respect.

We have completed specialist refurbishment and building projects of varying nature such as
Class 5 & 7 clean rooms, Laboratory refurbishments for various research establishments, fit out projects, lecture theatre projects, cinema refurbishments etc.

We carry out all the duties required of a modern main building contractor, such as detailed project programmes, job specific health and safety plans, method statements etc. We place a high emphasis on health and safety on our building sites in relation to training and monitoring
and have an excellent site safety record.

We are members of Construction Line and have carried out projects under the Considerate Contractors Scheme.
